Recently, I formatted my computer and restored the Mendeley Desktop library using the backup file that I made on March 7th, 2014.
So the whole data in Mendeley Web library were deleted, and new library was restored from backup file.
But, the whole data which have been added after year 2014, were not restored.
What is wrong with the restoring process?
Can you fix and restore the my library which contains the data since 2014?
