"Copy As Formatted Citation" command truncates Abstract

I am having difficulty pasting annotated citation entries from Mendeley into a document. I am selecting citations and then using the Copy As - Formatted Citation command to generate an annotated bibliograpy, with the "Harvard Reference Format with Abstract" citation style. Several of the citations have lengthy Abstracts. When I Paste the formatted citations into a document (Word, NotePad, or any program for editing text, in fact), I find that Mendeley has truncated the Abstract. It ends the truncated text with "...". I determined that this not controlled by the .csl file, by testing via Export (Ctrl-E) to an .xml file. The resulting export file has 100% of the Abstract. Since this problem is independent of the program into which I am pasting, and not controlled by the Citation Style file (.csl), the problem presumably is a bug in Mendeley. Can you advise?
