Hi,
I am using Office 2013 on a Windows 7 (64bit) machine. After successfully installing Word add-in from Mendeley (1.10.3), I realize that Word freezes every time I click on "Insert a citation" or "Insert bibliography" (no matter if it is an empty document or not)...I've also tried uninstall and install the plugin
Any suggestion/help would be highly appreciated.
