I am setting a new Windows 7 machine with Mendeley Version 1.10.3 and I have a set of papers that are downloaded from my account to the AppData\Local\Mendeley Ltd\Mendeley Desktop\Downloaded folder. I would like to have these organized into my Mendeley Desktop organized folder. Curiously, a sub-folder structure is created under the 'organized' folder according to the 'downloaded' papers, but the PDFs are not copied into them...
The only PDF files that get 'organized' (i.e. copied in the right place) are those I place in a watched folder (and for some reason I am unable to set the 'downloaded folder' as a watched folder).
What should I do?
