Unable to Insert reference into MS word 2010

I am trying to insert a reference into MS word 2010. The reference that I am trying to add is for a textbook. I had to manually create the reference in mendeley, not through the save to mendeley shortcut that I use for most of the literature articles. I have not been able to get the reference to go from mendeley to MS word. Thank You
