Insert Bibliography in Word problem

When I use the "insert bibliography" plugin for Word all it does is display "{BIBILIOGRAPHY} " instead of actually inserting a bibliography. I inserted citations using Mendeley for this document and have tried it on two computers that both have my library. Any sage words of wisdom? It seemed to work great when I did a practice round, but now when it actually counts I can't seem to make it work.
