Myself and my boss, Dr. Ty Dunn, are utilizing Mendeley desktop to upload pdfs of articles she is referencing for a manuscript due Monday. Unfortunately, the documents we upload to the "Pancreas Retransplant" group are not able to be downloaded by the other person on their computer. The pdfs are syncing to the website, but every time I try to open a pdf in my desktop version that was uploaded by her I get the following warning "Unfortunately we do not have permission to make this file downloadable;" vice versa. How do we grant permission?
