Mendeley account for a department

Hi, We are planning to put all our department's publications up on Mendeley. We would like to have a recognizable department account for this (as opposed to one for a specific named individual). Does Mendeley have the concept of accounts for institutions? I would also like to be able to have several people (i.e. administrative assistants) in our department contribute to the reference list. What is the most efficient and appropriate way of going about this?
