Editing references in Mendeley

Hi there. I'm an editor and I'm working on a Word document that has 103 references listed at the end, which were inserted and managed using Mendeley. Unfortunately, many of the references don't follow the "house style," and there are also some duplicate references. Is there a tutorial that would show me (as the editor) how to re-format individual references and delete duplicate references using Mendeley? Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide!
